Mix one teaspoon of tea powder with 8 oz of hot, filtered water.  Let steep for 2 minutes, stir well & enjoy with or without your favorite natural sweetner.  Sediment is natural at the bottom of your mug, so feel free to strain or enjoy as-is.  Both are equally absorbable & effective.

If you are looking for weight loss, Drink kaya tea twice a day starting first thing on an empty stomach in the morning.
Put 1tsp in warm water and drink it all, refill the cup 2-3 more times (no tea just warm water) and drink it in sips.

In the night after dinner, drink 1tsp kaya tea in 1cup of warm water. That’s right, Just 1cup is enough in the night.

For digestion purposes, or if you are experiencing gas or indigestion, then take it once a day, 30 minutes after lunch.

Kaya tea helps relieve constipation if taken at night with hot water after dinner.
