What is Vata type skincare?

Vata skin is generally dry, thin, cool to the touch, easily dehydrated & very vulnerable to the influence of dry, windy weather. Pitta is mostly fire, so the Pitta skin tends to have more breakouts, photosensitivity, less tolerance to hot food, & a more fiery essence.

Vata is a moving force. It is responsible for all bodily activities & sensation. It controls the movement of blood through the circulatory system, air in & out of the lungs, excretions out of the body & nutrients for cells.

Vata have an increased tendency to be dry & is prone to a lack of circulation & premature aging. Nourishment is your key to success.

How to use

• STEP 1 – Guava Mask

Mix 1 tsp. mask with about 1 tsp water or rose water to form a soft paste.  Apply to face and neck. Let dry. Remove with a warm water rinse.

Use 1-2 times per week.

• STEP 2 – Neroli Toner

1. 1. Hold bottle 8-10 inches away from face and spritz onto bare skin, or over makeup.
   2. Use on bare skin in place of moisturizer, or after moisturizer, for an instant burst of hydration; or to prep skin for a smooth, supple base before makeup.
   3. Spritz over finished makeup to get rid of any excess powder, for a glowing finish.
   4. Apply on the go to refresh and re-energize skin throughout the day without disturbing makeup.
   5. Use Neeta Natural’s Rose Geranium Toner morning, evening and through out the day to keep your skin feeling lusciously hydrated and dewy soft.

• STEP 2 – Luxuriously Hydrating Facial Oil

Use daily. Apply morning and evening after misting your skin with Neroli Facial Toner. Pump a small amount of Luxuriously Hydrating Facial Oil into the palm of one hand. Use finger tips to dab small dots of oil onto the skin then gently smooth and press the oil on to your face and neck.
